Some of my "ups" in Education and Training this year at my field site include, the wonderful opportunity to work with such an outstanding field site mentor, Mrs. Swirczynski, learning and understanding the hundreds of different learning styles used within the classroom, and of course getting to personally know and cherish all of my unique and creative students. Though there haven't been many, one of the "downs" at my field site, was the lack of time. I feel like there were too many specific assignments that were always needing to be done, that I sometimes didn't get to truly enjoy my whole time at my field site. My "nausea" would have definitley been the rush of always trying my best to get everything done on time. I have had an unforgettable experience at my field site this year, that has helped me decide my career in the teaching field. I have learned a numerous amount of helpful tips and ideas from Mrs. Swirczynski throughout this semester that i hope to carry on with me in life, such as always having patience with a kind heart. No matter what the situation, Mrs. Swirczynski always had patience with not only myself, but her students as well. she kept a kind heart and never had a negative attitude. She has definitely inspired me in this career. If i could, I would love to have gone back and given myself that extra "push" I needed to give my best in all situations and times. I feel I did my part well as an intern, but there is always room for improvement in everything that you do.

High School Teacher Creates New Educational App
The educational app, eNotebook, is very useful for the classroom atmosphere. By allowing the students to edit and work on their own work on an iPad, it makes it very convenient. Whether you're in middle school, or even college, the app is easy to use and can work wonders!
I've never even thought about creating an app of my own, but I like knowing that I have the ability to create one and use it for my classroom.

The Ron Clark Story
I feel that in "The Ron Clark Story", Ron Clark himself has many excellent rules for his classroom. The three rules that mainly stuck out to me the most were:
- We are family.
- Respect others' opinons and ideas.
- Always be honest.
- Always try your personal best, at everything you do.
- Be prepared prior when entering the classroom.

The Advantages of Technology in the Classroom
Five ways that using technology in the classroom helps students become prepared for the real world:
- Motivating children and students
- Accessing important information
- Editing of Written Works
- Providing Supplementary Information
- Communicating
Ways that have been most helpful for me preparing for my life after high school:
- Technology grasps students attention and motivates them to be better.
Another advantage of using technology in the classroom:
- Technology allows students to expand their field of education, by letting them explore new ways to learn certain material. Like we've always said, "Everyone learns in different ways," and I believe technology helps acquire to one's learning needs.

My Involvement in TAFE
My involvement in TAFE this year could have greatly been improved. Though I was involved in the canned food drive, I feel that next year I would really love to make a better appearance in my involvement with the Texas Association of Future Educators organization. Just by looking at the Teach Tomorrow Summit Program, I realized how many creative ideas I could contribute to this conference. It's safe to say, I'm so looking forward to my senior year next year and being involved with the TAFE organization!

Who is Stacey Bess?
Stacey Bess is a unique women. Her first teaching job was in a small shed behind a community homeless shelter. Stacey taught Kindergarden through sixth grade to kids with no homes, or hope in their lives. Nobody Don't Love Nobody, is Stacey Bess' very own personal story that shares her experiences of teaching. Her movie Beyond The Blackboard, also reflects her time she had in the classroom. I'm sure the circumstances would be very difficult at times, but I think I could handle it for the most part. Nothing great is done without work.

Bullying in School
Bullying has affected more children than one would think. With there being more ways to harass a kid nowadays, such as the internet, bullying is more common than ever. Though I have never been a victim of bullying, I think it is a very important issue we all need to address. I think what teachers and faculty can do to help this issue in the future, is to have a comfortable relationship with each student. That way students can come to teachers to talk about their problems and situations.
